This TransactionTree Privacy Policy sets forth TransactionTree’s current policies and practices with respect to the personal information of its website users and enrollees in our services, including this digital receipts service. TransactionTree only shares personal information with other companies or individuals outside of TransactionTree with your prior consent, or in the following limited circumstances:

We may share your personal information with Harmons for use in accordance with Stop and Shop’s own privacy policies.

We restrict access to personal information to TransactionTree employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. DATA INTEGRITY: TransactionTree processes personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the TransactionTree Privacy Policy or the applicable service-specific privacy notice.
